Foster is Principal and Employment Specialist at Michael Foster Law. He
holds a Master of Laws Degree in employment law and has over 30 years
experience in dealing with employment claims both before Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, an Associate of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Law Society accredited
until 1997 he was a partner in the Bexhill law firm Fynmore's practicing
a wide range of private and commercial law and specialising in
litigation and employment.
1997 until 2010 he represented Hastings and Rye as Member of
Parliament As Minister for Equalities, he assisted in steering the
Equality Bill through Parliament.
He is a Deputy Lieutenant of the County of East Sussex and a Freeman of the Borough of Hastings.
